- Take full ownership of a dynamic and various portfolio of local and international clients, for audit and tax engagements.
- Lead on-site audit engagements with precision, from strategic planning and real-time team supervision to successful completion of complex assignments.
- Anticipate client needs and challenges, providing proactive solutions that drive trust and long-term partnerships.
- Reassure and delivery quality results, reviewing audit work to ensure strict alignment with Baker Tilly's methodology, deadlines, and excellence standards.
- Report directly to leadership, delivering clear and timely progress updates on all audit engagements.
- Own financial performance, driving timely billing and efficient fee collection for your portfolio.
- Strengthen strategic relationships with clients, partners, and regulatory authorities, positioning Baker Tilly as a trusted advisor.
- Lead by example, inspiring and empowering your team to achieve high performance and deliver outstanding results.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting & finance, or related field
- Professional qualification in progress (incl. ACA/ ACCA). Completed professional qualification will be considered an asset (CPA).
- At least 5-6 years for the Assistant Manager and experienced Senior positions within an audit company.
- Strong results-driven and leadership mindset with proven ability to thrive and excel in fast-paced, high-demand environments.
- Strong communication skills and team working skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Computer literacy and strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
