- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand our customer base within the medical industry.
- Cultivate strong relationships with public and private hospitals and medical trading companies.
- Taking feedback after tender results.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of client orders and projects.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and manage client accounts, including negotiating contracts, agreements, and pricing.
- Regularly engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, ideally with a focus on the medical products industry.
- Desirable knowledge of the medical products market, including experience with public and private hospitals and tenders.
- Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and developing business relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build trust.
- Proactive and results-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional time management and organization skills.
- Availability to travel
