- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our services in a professional and timely manner
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
- Keep up-to-date with our products and services to provide accurate information to customers
- Identify and escalate any potential issues or concerns to the appropriate department
- Meet and exceed customer service targets and goals set by the company
- Fluency in German and English (both written and verbal)
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a finance or banking industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in using MS Office and other relevant software
- Willingness to work from Greece
