- Support the MICE team with checking inventory and availability, drafting proposals, creating blocks in Opera, and following up on progress of the leads.
- Work with the operations team on ensuring accurate information is shared with the client for any questions they might have.
- Support Sales Manager/Account Director/Director of Sales, MICE anything related to negotiating pricing, terms and conditions, venues etc.
- Work towards higher ADR, upselling F&B, meeting spaces and additional activities.
- Prepare contracts and ensure accuracy of the blocks in the system.
- After signed contract is received and initial paid deposit, prepare handover to the events team and client introduction to ensure smooth transition.
- Assist with hosting MICE clients, showcasing hotel facilities and customizing experiences based on client needs in support of group conversion goals.
- Arrange the logistics of the site inspection in coordination with operations team.
- Create weekly and monthly reports and ensure accuracy of the numbers provided.
- Gather feedback from the team on the ongoing leads and strong requests.
- Managing and ensuring accuracy of the data logged in Opera and CRM systems
- A minimum of two years in a hotel role within a luxury hotel brand.
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc) Business/ Hospitality Management
- Proficient in writing, speaking, negotiating in English and preferably also Greek
- Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills within office management experience
- Excellent time management and ability to multitask through daily tasks
- Pro-active and reliable
- Effective decision-making skills
- Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office, Outlook and Opera PMS
- Pay high attention to details.
