Actively supporting presales and sales team by understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, and assisting with overall presales/sales cycle.
You will assist with client presentations, client care and sales reporting.
You will participate in marketing activities, campaigns, conferences and meet potential clients.
Support PMO activities and help the team manager with forecasts, reporting, and administrative tasks.
Track customer engagement activities, KPIs, and value drivers to monitor progress in transformation initiatives.
Ability in using and updating customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track leads and sales activities
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing internal and external events and workshops, including follow-ups and documentation.

Skills and Qualifications:

Active student university status
Relationship to technology and appetite to advance yourself though digital reskilling and upskilling.
Passion for innovation and a curious mind
Strong communication skills and problem-solving skills.
A basic understanding of SAP portfolio and solutions and the ability to explain its technical aspects to clients is beneficial.
Sales acumen and customer oriented approach with focus on quality and customer care.
Robust Interpersonal Skills, Organizational and Time Management:
Greek and English on very high level in written and spoke
