kariera.gr | Hiring Solutions team is looking on behalf of a start-up client company that operates in price comparison services, for a Head of Marketing . The Head of Marketing will be overall responsible for strengthening up the brand, driving growth in traffic, the daily management and recruitment of the company’s marketing team, and will be a critical part of the management team. Responsibilities: Own and allocate the marketing budget towards the channels with the highest short- and long-term ROIs to maximize both top and bottom line Strategically and tactically optimize our paid acquisition channels, including e.g. Google and Facebook Ads Develop and optimize adjacent paid channels such as IG, YouTube, Snapchat and TV Drive and execute on SEO related activities Build the company brand through marketing and PR efforts Co-develop the overall company strategy and own the marketing roadmap Cultivate a can-do mentality, lead by example, and continuously ensure that the best team is in place, i.e. hire and develop the right people Analyze marketing and product data to optimize return on marketing spend Identify creative opportunities for the company to grow Requirements: 3-4 years of hands-on experience in a similar role “Growth hacking” and execution mindset; commitment to timelines and constantly seeking to deliver impact and results Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize the marketing approach through numerical analyses Strong understanding of both performance marketing and organic channels (particularly SEO) Knowledge of other types of marketing (email, SoMe, affiliate marketing, etc.,) is a definite plus Team management experience; knowledge of how to motivate and leverage junior resources to consistently deliver high-quality output Experience in optimizing conversion rates from insights and analyses on UI/UX Ability to be both detailed and hands-on while being able to zoom out for strategic decisions Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Greek and English Strong social fit to company culture; independent and energetic with a can-do and go-get attitude adding more energy to the group than you absorb Can-do attitude to drive change Willingness to learn and grow in the role The company offers: Competitive remuneration package A strong private medical insurance plan Ηybrid work model Professional development and advancement opportunities
