We are committed to staying at the forefront of technological advancements, continually pushing boundaries and delivering seamless entertainment and online gaming experiences to our rapidly expanding customer baseWhat you will work on:The HR Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, collaborating closely with our management and employee groups to align HR strategies with business goals. You will act as a consultant to Operations & Business departments leaders on human resource issues and will be responsible for implementing HR policies and practices tailored to the needs of the organization.

Partner with leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support those objectives
Provide expert guidance on talent management, organizational design, change management, and employee relations
Support talent acquisition efforts and assist with strategic staffing processes
Facilitate performance management processes including goal setting, feedback, and employee development plans
Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies
Implement HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development
Advise on employee relations issues and resolve conflicts in a fair and consistent manner
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

What you bring:

Experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or in a similar role
Strong understanding of HR practices, labor legislation, and the overall business environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Experience in performance management and employee development
Data-driven decision-making mindset with a focus on outcomes
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
BSc in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; further HR education or certification is a plus
