Do you have experience in IT Business Analysis? 🔎Do you have experience in the Banking Industry? 🏦Do you want to be a part of a globally established IT Services Group, offering solutions the Financial sector? 💼ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, is seeking an IT Business Analyst.Our client is a leading multinational firm that provides IT Services in the Financial sector.📌 Location / Working model: Remote (You need to be based in Greece, and holder of an EU residence permit).What you will do:You will be contributing, along with the team, to projects, by performing end-to-end IT Business analysis in the area of loan management.More specifically, you will be:

Identifying users’ goals and how the software application is expected to serve them
Analyzing, documenting, and validating business requirements with customer stakeholders and propose on related functionalities and features
Ensuring the suggested proposals are technically feasible and efficient by engaging the proper team members
Identifying and logging functional and non-functional requirements
Building, prioritizing and grooming a backlog of software features, improvements and bugs
Producing detailed functional specifications accompanied by wireframes and seeking the customer’s approval in a timely fashion to facilitate efficient Sprint planning
Attending planning meetings and providing clarifications and priorities where needed
Participating in daily calls and alignment meetings with the team to make sure that the delivered features match the specifications provided
Holding regular meetings with the implementation team to estimate the upcoming scope
Providing assistance in creating and updating documentation

Requirements

BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or any other related field
2+ years of hands-on experience as an IT Business Analyst in the banking/financial industry (exposure to loan management will be considered a strong asset)
Exposure to Agile/Waterfall methodologies
Experience with BRD, FSDs is considered a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Greek
Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
