However your role could include and may require you to: Work with client stakeholders in order to define business requirements and articulate them into functional and technical specifications Conduct stakeholder interviews or support client workshops to capture business or technical requirements for financial risk management solutions Manage the implementation of financial risk management solutions including configuration, customization, solution development and integration Provide strategic advice regarding forthcoming changes in the regulatory environment and their implications to our clients’ business and reporting requirements Support the development of client bids and presentations of proposals Drafting of policy and process manuals Managing junior members of the team, as well, as project economics Interfacing with a range of stakeholders, including clients and Deloitte network. #WinningRequirements We are specifically looking for experienced professionals with both technical and business focused skills, who can articulate the outcomes and value of their work and are able to demonstrate some of the following: University degree in Engineering, Data Science/Business Analytics, Economics, Finance or any other quantitative discipline At least 6 years of relevant working experience in data management and solution development within the financial risk domain Ability to demonstrate stakeholder management skills and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, and/or SAS and/or R Knowledge of one or more databases such as mySQL, SQL Server e.tc.
