Join in and feel the difference. #LikeABoschJob DescriptionYour contribution to something bigWe are currently seeking a highly analytical and ambitious Business Analyst Intern to join the CEO’s office and support the business development team with actionable insights and data-driven initiatives that align with business objectives. This role is not just an internship; it’s a gateway to influence strategic decisions and contribute to our company’s growth.As a Business Analyst Intern you will:

Conduct in-depth analysis of market data to identify trends and performance metrics that lead to opportunities for continuous improvement.
Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel, ensuring data visualization is both impactful and user-friendly.
Engage directly with the sales and business teams to assess data requirements, translating data sets into clear, analytical solutions that drive decision-making.
Prepare compelling presentations and executive summaries for the CEO synthesizing complex information into concise, persuasive narratives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure data integrity and relevance, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.

QualificationsWhat distinguishes you

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics or related discipline
Master’s degree or relevant experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field is highly preferred.
Proven hands-on experience with Power BI; familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools is a significant advantage.
Fluency in Greek & English language is essential; German would be a plus
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Exceptional analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret complex data
A meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn and contribute to high-impact projects.
