• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' fit for roles.
• Work closely with experienced recruiters to learn about client needs and job specifications.
• Maintain accurate documentation of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
• Attend training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in the recruitment field.
• Adapt to the local recruitment market and contribute to improving recruitment strategies.

• Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is essential.
• No previous experience in recruitment is required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
