PeopleCert is seeking an HR Administration Trainee to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources department in various administrative tasks, ensuring efficient HR operations and compliance with company policies. This role involves employee record-keeping, benefits administration, and providing general HR support to employees and management.As an HR Administration Trainee, your tasks will include the following:
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
- Process payroll-related documentation and liaise with the payroll team to ensure accuracy.
- Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and communication with service providers.
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, staying up to date with regulatory changes.
- Prepare, analyze, and maintain HR reports, records, and documentation to support compliance.
- Generate and present HR metrics and reports on key areas.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or a similar role will be considered as an asset.
- Excellent (or native-like) command of the English language (C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus)
- Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advance level certification is desirable.
