Its Greek subsidiary, VIPA Hellas, is headquartered in Thessaloniki (G&G Office Complex, Mediterranean Cosmos area) and employs more than 300 people in Greece, achieving constant dynamic growth in both operations and manpower. We are looking for a professional candidate who will be working on a shift, either 12:00 - 20:00 or 14:00 - 22:00, with our customers in Latin America. Handle partners' inquiries and orders
Communicate with colleagues and logistics partners/customers in Latin America
Be responsible for the documentation for transportation purposes
Be in charge of data entry and electronic document management
Collaborate with other departments of the company in order to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Competencies

Fluency in Spanish and English
Degree in Accounting,Business Administration or relative field
Up to 1-2 years of relevantexperience - entry-level position
Very good knowledge ofMicrosoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Customer-centric approach
Attention to detail
Ability to perform underpressure and deadlines
