The company’s enduring success is attributed to a passion for creativity, strong ethics, and the dedication of its people, who share a commitment to the company's vision of making a difference in people’s lives.Due to continuous growth and expansion, Pharmathen Pharmaceuticals offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to recruit a Costing Specialist for the Financial Planning & Reporting department in our Marousi premises.As a Costing Specialist, the ideal candidate will ensure the integrity of cost accounting information by researching account issues for compliance and by establishing quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.More particularly:What you will do:

Support and assist month-end and year-end closing activities in SAP
Participate in other monthly close activities for plants in area of responsibility
Review manufacturing orders as part of the month-end close process and contact appropriate sources to ensure accuracy
Monitor all inventory movements
Ensure that adjustments and corrections are made as needed and in a timely basis and reconcile inventory of own and third-party suppliers and warehouses
Prepare account reconciliations to ensure proper balance sheet valuation
Calculate costing for new products in SAP
Support the periodic cycle count / year- end stock count process
Lead support for special projects ad hoc requests and other duties as designed
Contribute to development, execution & completion of new systems, procedures and process improvements

The ideal candidate should have:

BSc Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent field
At least 5 years’ experience in industrial cost accounting or relevant field

RequirementsJob-Specific Skills:

Excellent communication in English language (writing & speaking)
SAP experience is mandatory (warehouse book, MM , PP, FI, CO)
Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
Accuracy and attention to detail
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Ability to multi-task and manage priorities
Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
Computer literacy (Office/excel, PowerPoint, word)
