- Excellent Dutch and English (B2) communication skills
- Experience in customer service

- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
- Customer or sales experience with outbound calls
- Experience with CRM systems
- Fixed schedule, Monday to Friday, 10am-6pm or 11am-7pm, Greece time
