HSE Coordinator - Energy, Oil & Gas Projects - Work Locations: MENA or Europe

- Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines for our projects in MENA & Europe
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with HSE standards
- Provide HSE training and support to project teams and subcontractors
- Investigate incidents and accidents and provide recommendations for improvement
- Maintain accurate records of all HSE activities and report on performance to management
- Keep up-to-date with local HSE regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws
- Develop emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure preparedness
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies on HSE matters
- Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Monitor and track HSE performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure HSE requirements are integrated into project planning and execution
- Participate in HSE committees and meetings to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in the construction industry
- Knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices in MENA & Europe
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Fluent in English and proficiency in other languages spoken in the region is a plus
- Willingness to travel to project sites in MENA & Europe.
