- Communication with Customers, Suppliers, and Trainers/ Facilitators, using modern Digital tools
- Assisting in Programs/ Seminars Scheduling & Administration, about 70% of our programs are in Virtual Instructor Led seminars and 30% in Face to face programs
- Seminar Materials Printing & Packaging Coordination
- Seminar Evaluations / Measurement Administration
- Preparing Presentations & Reports for Clients
- Assisting in preparing marketing materials & campaigns
- Maintain a working knowledge of the company's various products and services
- Call Center Management
- Overall responsibility for the functioning/appearance/organization of the office
- Office support to the management/consulting team with the daily agenda
- Handling incoming/outgoing correspondence
- Digital filing duties
- Expense filing and tracking and cooperation with the Accounting Services
- Ad hoc duties (internal & external) as needed
- Technical (TEI/IEK), University Degree preferably in a Business Area (Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Social Sciences)
- Fluency in both Greek and English
- Computer literacy (Excellent use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Graphic Design software would be considered an asset
- 3-5 years’ Experience in a similar role
