- Analyze, develop, deliver and support modern digital workflow applications to digitize and automate various business processes.
- Project Execution, lead and support by analyzing business needs and liaise with internal and external resources.
- Support existing platforms along with new implementations.
- Coordinate with IT Infrastructure, ERP & BI teams for enhanced data integration.
- Work closely with business units to understand their requirements and propose effective technical solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships for outsourced developments or platform customizations.
- B.Sc. in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in business applications analysis, software development, or solution design.
- Working experience & certifications with any of the following vendors / technologies:
- Microsoft (Windows Server, Active Directory, M365, Azure, SQL Server)
- Programming / scripting experience in any of the following or similar frameworks (Java, PHP, .Net, Python, PowerApps, PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.)
- Knowledge of front-end development (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Knowledge of AI / GenAI tools and/or Agentic frameworks will be considered a plus
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Self-motivation and proactive approach to project ownership.
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to map requirements into technical solutions.
- Proficiency in analyzing and optimizing workflows within enterprise systems.
- Experience in business process analysis is desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
