- Manage a portfolio of accounts, create demand for and sell dry mixed mortars to potential customers
- Develop new customers and leverage relationships to grow the customer base
- Work to resolve customer issues, problems, and concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Build strong and lasting business relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Develop and maintain territory intelligence, identifying market size and conditions, customers, and competitors' actions, prices, and strategies
- Directly visit his/her clients and follow up on the development of their accounts
- Monitor sales per prefecture and customers for whom he/she is responsible within corporate guidelines, to meet sales and service objectives in assigned territory
- Ensure the timely and full collection of customer debts within the framework of corporate credit policy, to protect the company's interests and minimize financial risk
- Operate within TITAN's safety & environmental policies and best practices
- Bachelor's Degree
- Commercial experience is required
- Sales experience in the construction industry (RMX concrete, aggregates, paving, etc.) or direct construction experience would be considered an asset
- Travel requirements 50% of the time
- Fluent in Greek and English (oral and written)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be able to build successful relationships, treat and relate to others in open, respectful ways
- Customer-centric mindset
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills along with a client-driven philosophy
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Driving License
- Military Service fulfilled
