- Collaborating with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives
- Providing HR support and guidance to managers and employees on various HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Managing the full cycle of recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, candidate screening, briefing agencies on delivering shortlists, interviewing, and job offers
- Overseeing HR operations, including onboarding processes, employee data management, and maintenance of HRIS systems
- Administering payroll checks and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Developing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
- Managing employee performance appraisal processes and supporting managers in setting performance goals and objectives
- Implementing and managing employee reward and recognition programs to promote employee engagement and retention
- Providing guidance and support on employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and workplace investigations
- Monitoring and analyzing HR metrics to identify trends, address issues, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
- University/college degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent knowledge on the Greek and English language
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
