Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients

Requirements
Fluency in Finnish and English (both written and spoken)
Experience in e-commerce, retail, or customer service is advantageous
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to convey complex digital concepts clearly
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn about digital innovations
Capable of working independently as well as in a collaborative environment
Familiarity with digital store platforms and e-commerce tools is preferred
