🖋️You will be reporting to: General ManagerΠεριγραφή What you will do:The purpose of the role is to contribute to growth and development of clients in Greece as well as include growing the company`s revenue.More specifically:
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, providing expert guidance on the selection, installation, and operation of the water treatment solutions.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their water treatment needs and challenges and develop tailored solutions that address their specific requirements.
- Work closely with the sales team to prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that showcase the value proposition of our products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, engineers, and stakeholders within target industries, fostering trust and credibility as a trusted advisor.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation, including equipment installation, testing, and commissioning, to meet customer expectations and timelines.
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers, addressing any issues or concerns to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field. (Master`s degree preferred)
- Proven experience in technical sales or engineering roles within the water treatment industry, with a focus on dosing pumps, control instruments, and related equipment.
- Strong technical knowledge of water treatment processes, including chlorination, pH regulation, and disinfection methods.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers, attend industry events, and support business development activities.
