is searching for a Hungarian Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our Finance Industry team. In this important role, you will provide exceptional support to our Hungarian-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to financial products and services. Your responsibilities will include resolving account issues, providing information on service offerings, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Deliver outstanding customer support in Hungarian for inquiries related to financial services.
Assist clients with account issues, transactions, and product information.
Provide guidance on navigating our financial services platforms.
Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
Document customer interactions accurately for service improvement purposes.
Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client concerns promptly.
Stay informed about the latest financial products and industry trends to offer informed assistance.

Requirements

Fluency in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken.
Experience in customer service, particularly in the finance industry, is preferred.
Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and inquiries simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with customer service software or financial services platforms is advantageous.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if needed.
