We value and share an infinite range of ideas and voices that evolve and broaden our perspectives with a reach that extends into all our brands, partners, and suppliers.The candidate will join the Export Markets Marketing Team, supporting the Brand team on the development and implementation of the brand strategies and marketing activations.Under the tutor's guidance, among all, the candidate will have the chance to deepen knowledge of toy sector - main players and competitors; Mattel's Brands strategic positioning vs competitor ones; Mattel distribution channels; how to manage co-marketing initiatives with licensing partners; planning and implementation of advertising campaigns; creation and execution of consumer promotions; drafting of materials to support sales force.The Internship is for 1 year and will allow the candidate to keep on developing new knowledge and skills related to the product marketing area, and to apply theoretical knowledge acquired during university as well.The learning objectives of the Internship are as follows

How to create a Marketing plan;
How to launch new products;
How to properly set up pricing for different products;
How to adapt TV campaign within the local market cooperating with ad hoc related agencies;
How to manage A&P budget;
How to create consumer/trade print pages;
How to monitor sell-in and sell-out data;
How to present our brands in-store
How to promote our brands in the social media pages
University degree in Marketing, Customer Marketing or Business Administration
English fluent in written & spoken (previous experience abroad represents a plus)
Working experience as intern in another Multinational company will be considered a plus
Strong analytical skills
Multi-tasking attitude
Team-working and communication skills
