- Create and implement a winning procurement strategy that strengthens and expands our Road Freight product offering.
- Lead supplier negotiations and manage key carrier relationships to secure the best outcomes.
- Drive profitable growth by aligning procurement and sales strategies - building strong customer relationships and securing key accounts.
- Oversee supplier performance with a continuous improvement mind-set.
- Champion Road Freight best practices and standards across the Greek organization.
- Work closely with our customers, Trade Lane Managers and Sales teams to deliver exceptional service, customer development, and retention.
- Extensive experience in Road freight, with a strong commercial and product/pricing focus.
- A proven track record negotiating with carriers and maintaining influential industry relationships.
- Fluent in Greek with strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- A natural presenter and communicator who can inspire and align teams with your vision.
- A strategic thinker and strong negotiator with a clear focus on delivering results.
