ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of its client, a Leading Global Technological Company, is looking for a Business Sales Analyst to join their team:Business Sales Analyst (5524/BSA/ESS/GR)Responsibilities:
- Compile, analyze and report sales data
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify areas of opportunity for revenue growth and profit improvement within specific market segments
- Monitor sales performance metrics closely and develop proactive strategies to surpass revenue targets and address any revenue shortfalls
- Build, generate, and analyze reports using Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint
- Assess market trends and competitor strategies
- Communicate sales strategies, initiatives, segment information, and other key findings to appropriate stakeholders
- Work on additional tasks and projects as required to support the team
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, Mathematics, Management Science, or a related field. Consideration will be given to candidates with 3-5 years of relevant hands-on experience in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Analyst, demonstrating a strong track record of delivering actionable insights and driving business outcomes
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and data analysis techniques
- Previous exposure to working in a multinational environment, with a solid understanding of global market dynamics
- Exceptional analytical skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail and the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex datasets
- Strong self-motivation and time management skills, with the capacity to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, effectively managing competing priorities and meeting tight deadlines
