Elval Colour was founded in 1977 and is a subsidiary of ELVALHALCOR Hellenic Copper and Aluminium Industry. Elval Colour has more than 40 years of experience in aluminium coating and colour matching solutions. Coils and strips can be produced in any colour to satisfy the most demanding aesthetic requirements along with several options of special functional coatings. At our factory located near Thiva, we operate liquid painting lines, electrostatic painting lines and aluminum passivation lines, as well as a unit to produce paints used in aluminum painting.We are looking for a ELECTRICAL/ONIC MAINTENANCE ENGINEER to join our maintenance team in our plant at Thiva, Viotia.Job PurposeTo support the Maintenance team by ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of electrical systems and equipment across the factory, contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence.Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and machinery.

Diagnose and resolve electrical faults to minimize downtime.

Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment.

Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure smooth operations.

Monitor energy consumption and propose efficiency improvements.

Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and internal procedures.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and technical documentation.

QualificationsMandatory

Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, automation, and industrial controls.

Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.

Skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and leadership abilities to work cross-functionally.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
