The Head of Risk Management:

Design and implement all the Local Risk Management Processes for the Company in collaboration with the Head of Security and/ or the Risk Owners if necessary.
Identifies all Operational Risks apart from ICT Risks and leads the actions designed so as to evaluate, mitigate and monitor those Risks, in collaboration with the Risk Owners.
Monitors all the Incidents occurred and may affect payments, partners with all Divisions regarding claims or losses and submits the relevant Incident Reports to the Bank of Greece.
Develops Risk Management Controls and supports the development of contingency plans for the resolutions of crises.
Ensures that the Company’s ‘Risk Appetite’, is aligned with the suggested Group’s levels.
Ensures the compliance with Group’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework and related Policies.
Reports Risks in an appropriate way for different audiences, for example, to the Management Team so they understand the most significant risks, to business heads to ensure they are aware of Risks relevant to their parts of the business and to individuals to understand their accountability for individual Risks.
Manages relationships with third party service providers including vendors, lawyers, underwriters, and other third-party administrators.
Suggests training and certifications for employees so as to build Risk Awareness within the Company

In order for your profile to match the Head of Risk Management position, you need to have the following skills:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or relevant field of study * Master’s degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics or relevant field of study
