Job DescriptionWe are looking for Chinese speakers to work as Customer Experience Officers in Limassol, Athens or remotely.About the CompanyWith over 5,000,000 clients since it was founded in 2009, the company has grown to a large and well established international investment firm and has become a true industry leader. We are looking for passionate and self-motivated professionals to join our Back office team. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to monitor, manage and execute client funding requests.The main responsibilities of the position include:

Process deposits, withdrawals and refunds based on established policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with the company's anti-money laundering procedures
Internally assist all departments with any issues related to client funds
Provide suggestions on system enhancements
Perform other ad hoc tasks, as requested

Main requirements:

Degree in finance, economics or accounting
Experience in a similar position would be considered as an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English
Ability to work on shift rotation is a must
Efficient and detail-oriented
Computer and numerically literate
Valid work permit required
