We are currently seeking an experienced Production Supervisor on behalf of our client, a leading global company that manufactures high-quality medical devices for IVF clinics worldwide.Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the structuring, monitoring, and control of manufacturing processes and production flows
Oversee personnel management, task assignments, and shift scheduling
Plan and allocate resources (raw materials, equipment), ensuring effective inventory control
Conduct capacity planning across human resources, materials, machinery, and time
Ensure full compliance with occupational safety regulations, accident prevention protocols, and environmental protection standards
Develop and maintain production plans in alignment with business needs
Monitor and report key production metrics

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Technical education with a Bachelor's or Diploma degree
Relevant experience in similar role
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent organizational and planning capabilities
