Elevate Your Career in Technology Leadership!The Delivery Director is responsible for overseeing all Technology project deliveries within PeopleCert. This role is critical in driving the successful completion of PeopleCert’s technology involved projects, enhancing customer satisfaction, and achieving operational excellence.As a Delivery Director, your tasks include the following:

Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction for the Technology delivery function, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and objectives. Drive the development and implementation of delivery methodologies and best practices.
Project Delivery Oversight: Oversee the successful delivery of all technology involved projects. Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget, maintaining high quality standards.
Resource Management: Optimise the allocation of project resources, ensuring efficient utilization and alignment with project requirements.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between project teams, executive management, and external stakeholders. Ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals, progress, and outcomes.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement implementing processes and systems that enhance project delivery capabilities.
Ensure their work and presence is aligned with company’s values “Quality - Passion - Integrity – Innovation,” at all times

What we look for:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in a senior project delivery role, ideally within a technology environment.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading large, cross-functional teams.
Excellent understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and best practices.
Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships at all levels, including executive management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and resolve issues effectively.
Excellent command of the English language (C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus) and excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams across the entire organization.
Ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively.

If working on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include: If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK.
