- Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction for the Technology delivery function, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and objectives. Drive the development and implementation of delivery methodologies and best practices.
- Project Delivery Oversight: Oversee the successful delivery of all technology involved projects. Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget, maintaining high quality standards.
- Resource Management: Optimise the allocation of project resources, ensuring efficient utilization and alignment with project requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between project teams, executive management, and external stakeholders. Ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals, progress, and outcomes.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement implementing processes and systems that enhance project delivery capabilities.
- Ensure their work and presence is aligned with company’s values “Quality - Passion - Integrity – Innovation,” at all times
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in a senior project delivery role, ideally within a technology environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading large, cross-functional teams.
- Excellent understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships at all levels, including executive management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and resolve issues effectively.
- Excellent command of the English language (C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus) and excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams across the entire organization.
- Ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategic goals into actionable plans.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
