- Manage and develop relationships with existing and potential international clients (importers, wholesalers, supermarket chains, distribution networks).
- Daily communication with partners in EU countries to monitor orders, resolve issues, and support sales growth.
- Research and identify new markets and clients; participate in the design and implementation of the export plan.
- Participate in price negotiations, payment terms, and commercial agreements.
- Monitor deliveries and collaborate closely with logistics and production departments.
- Participate in international trade fairs or business trips.
- Track competition and market trends at the European level.
- At least 3 years of prior experience in the export department of a company.
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) - very good knowledge of German or another EU language is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and digital tools.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Commercial mindset, flexibility, and ability to work with international clientele.
