- To understand and strictly adhere to the Rules & Regulations established in the Employees Handbook and the Hotel’s policy on Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
- To maintain good rapport and working relationship with staff in all departments.
- To attend and contribute to all staff meetings Departmental and Hotel Training as scheduled and other related activities.
- To undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Engineering / Assistant Engineering Manager.
- To respond to any changes in the Engineering department function as dictated by the hotel.
- To handle guest and employee inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests.
- To handle and treat all matters of a confidential nature, oral or written with tact and discretion. In accordance with the situation or if instructed by the Entity’s General Manager as agreed with the Employee, perform functions not stipulated in his job description in line with the Internal Work Rules and effective local labor legislation.
- To fulfill and act on oral and/or written assignments, tasks, instructions and orders of the immediate supervisor, as well as other competent officials and authorized representatives of the Company, if necessitated by business requirements and, therefore, deemed to be production assignments.
