Job Title: Digital Account Manager Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Digital Account Manager with a background in managing corporate accounts to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive digital & social media strategies to increase awareness, engagement, and website traffic. Manage and maintain corporate social media accounts across various platforms including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Create engaging and relevant content tailored to the corporate audience while ensuring brand consistency and compliance with company guidelines. Monitor social media trends, insights, and analytics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. Collaborate with internal teams such as creative, strategy, performance. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging platforms, and technologies to enhance social media presence and effectiveness. Cultivate and nurture relationships with partners and stakeholders. Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in social media strategy. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field. 3+ years of experience as a Digital Accounts Manager or Social Media Manager with a focus on corporate accounts Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset. Experience with crisis management and reputation monitoring on social media platforms is a plus. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
