Company DescriptionArηs is a fully independent group of companies specialized in managing complex IT projects and systems for large organisations, focusing on state-of-the-art software development, business intelligence and infrastructure services.We are composed of 16 entities across 8 countries that are unified by the Arηs Group, with more than 2.500 consultants.This corporate structure enables us to respond quickly to market changes and customer requests, and to communicate and make decisions without layers of bureaucracy.Our success can be attributed to the synergy among our nine complementary entities, combined with our methodologies, which are based on the Rational Unified Process (RUP) and the Scrum agile software development framework.Established in 2016, the Greek entity Arηs Developments Hellas aims to extend Arηs Group activities dedicated to the European market providing high-quality services in Software Development, covering the entire application development lifecycle: starting with user requirements, business process redesign and specifications, to continue with development, testing and application maintenance.Job DescriptionWe are searching for a management consultant trainee (3-6 months contract) who will support the development of our practice within the European Institutions.Your main responsibilities will include:

Supporting key projects and helping build client relationships.
Assisting in qualitative and quantitative research to understand organisational processes.
Contributing to data collection through desk research, interviews, surveys, and workshops with stakeholders.
Analyzing data and ensuring its reliability through quality checks.
Helping prepare reports with conclusions and recommendations for our clients.
Assisting in developing strategies and campaigns for stakeholder engagement.
Participating in client meetings and contributing to discussions.
Sharing fresh ideas to enhance our services and contribute to our growth.
Participating in team events to help strengthen our consulting practice.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in a relevant field with eligibility to enroll in an internship program
Interest in working in a multicultural environment on a variety of projects.
Some experience in consulting, research, or a related field would be an asset.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to build trust-based relationships with clients.
Comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Clear communicator, able to adapt to different audiences.
Creative, proactive, and willing to share ideas.
Team player, eager to learn and collaborate with others.
Flexible and motivated to contribute to both client projects and internal initiatives.
Fluent in English.
