At MYTILINEOS, we foster a culture of resilience, challenge, respect, excellence, and change, empowering our diverse workforce to achieve remarkable outcomes.We are currently looking for an HSE Supervisor to join our HSE team part of our in our PV project in Amyntaio, Greece.By joining this role, you’ll play a vital role in improving HSE Plans, overseeing emergency preparedness, conducting safety audits, and ensuring compliance on construction sites. Additionally, it involves managing incident investigations and controlling subcontractors' H&S practices for a comprehensive approach to health and safety.Your role will encompass:

Monitor, evaluate, and analyze the effectiveness of HSE Plans and propose improvement actions
Establish key information required for the emergency plans, power networks, environmental agency, gas network, water, hospital, police, fire and HSE etc
Prepare the site’s emergency plan
Preparing H&S weekly and monthly site reports
Review, analyze and prepare, if requested, Safety Plans for the construction site
Ensure the required HSE information is displayed in the site office and site is fully compliant with all HSE documentation
Prepare the site’s H&S files in accordance with local requirements
Work with managers and other personnel to investigate incidents
Conduct safety audits
Control of subcontractors H&S through briefings and discussion

RequirementsWhat you bring to the role:

3+ years of HSE construction experience
Experience in energy projects is considered an advantage
University Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering is a plus
Knowledge of Bulgaria HSE Legislation is mandatory
Fluent English and native Bulgarian
Flexibility to relocate to the project sites
