- Coordinate and support the implementation of new platform features, including documentation, testing, and feedback collection.
- Monitor reported issues and support their resolution, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and system consistency.
- Contribute to maintaining clean and accurate data by following defined standards and assisting in validation and clean-up activities.
- Help generate performance reports and dashboards that turn data into actionable insights for business teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure effective rollout and adoption of digital capabilities.
- Identify areas for process optimization and contribute ideas to enhance the overall digital journey.
- Play an active role in launching digital features that support a seamless omnichannel experience.
- Strengthen data integrity and reporting by supporting ongoing quality and compliance initiatives.
- Help stabilize and improve digital systems by managing incoming requests and issue tracking.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Data, or a related field.
- Good analytical skills and familiarity with digital performance tools (e.g., Google Analytics, dashboards, etc.).
- Basic understanding of project methodologies and collaboration platforms.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills in English.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
