- Lead internal engagements, leveraging expert knowledge of HR & Payroll software to advise on process optimization, system configuration, and best practices
- Act as the primary point of contact for complex HR & Payroll issues, utilizing advanced problem-solving skills to resolve technical challenges and enhance system performance
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, to drive product enhancements, identify opportunities for innovation, and address internal customer needs
- Conduct in-depth analysis of requirements, recommending tailored solutions and customizations to meet internal customer needs
- Develop and deliver training for end users, administrators, and stakeholders, ensuring comprehensive understanding and adoption of HR & Payroll systems
- Support the Post Merger Intergration of Acquired companies, with regards to S1 HRMS, Payroll, myWorkplace and related systems
- Prepare and run Payroll via internal system at a monthly basis
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies, proactively advising on implications and opportunities for our organization and clients
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in HR and/or Payroll roles, with a proven track record of success in implementing and optimizing HR & Payroll software solutions
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field, advanced degree or professional certifications preferred
- Proficiency in a variety of HR & Payroll software platforms, with advanced skills in configuration, customization, and integration
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from conception to completion, with a focus on delivering measurable business value and exceeding internal customer expectations
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for process improvement
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Proven leadership capabilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams, drive consensus, and influence stakeholders at all levels
