Assist with data entry, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records in Dutch and English
Provide timely administrative support to various departments as needed
Respond to customer inquiries and process requests through email and internal systems
Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and operational efficiencies
Support project coordination and report preparation for management
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all tasks
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
Experience in a back office or administrative support role is preferred
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
