ROLE SUMMARY The CRM Administrator is accountable to Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows to align with business requirements. This role is responsible for supporting the local configuration of CRM. Working with a talented team of functional/technical experts, they are key proponents of Agile practices and values, using these to help drive forward the program of digital transformation that empowers Pfizer’s customer-oriented vision. This position requires an individual with a proven ability to work cooperatively with different digital and vendor teams across a variety of technologies, delivering solutions that meet and exceed stakeholder expectations. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows to align with business requirements. Develop and maintain validation rules, formula fields, and process builder flows. Salesforce ecosystem. Salesforce email templates and approval processes. Salesforce OOTB (out of the box) translation workbench. Setting up new Salesforce sandboxes. Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets to ensure appropriate data access and security. Monitor and enforce data integrity and quality standards. Implement automation processes using workflow rules, approval processes, and process automation to streamline business operations. Import, export, and manipulate data as necessary, including data migration and data cleanup activities. Manage data storage limits and archiving processes. Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales and business performance. Assist users in generating ad-hoc reports and dashboards as needed. Collaborate with developers to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications. Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues. Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and changes. Stay informed about Salesforce updates and best practices. Assist in resolving user-reported issues and providing ongoing support QUALIFICATIONS 3+ years relevant experience in CRM. 1 year of experience as a Salesforce administrator. Have demonstrated ability and experience in technology solutions delivery in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment with demonstrated capabilities managing large scale, enterprise software requirements definition, designs and implementations in global 24-by-7 environments. Bachelor of Science degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology Management or relevant disciplines. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish relationships, influence outcomes, and deliver effective presentations to a varietyof audiences. Excellent skills in planning, analysis, oral and written communication, consensus building, facilitation, negotiation, and the ability to readily learn a new business area. Proven capability leading projects in an Agile/DevOps environment
