Dutch Speaking Content Moderators - Office basedThessaloníki, Greece€1450 per month + lunch vouchers + other allowances + private health care.Our client is recruiting for Dutch speakers of at least c1 level with b2 English.OverviewAs a Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our online environment remains engaging, appropriate, and safe. Your primary responsibility will be to apply content policies to digital content, execute handling procedures consistently, and maintain the integrity of the online community.Key Responsibilities

Content Review and Moderation: Daily review and moderation of various types of content including videos, news stories, still images, political ads, and social media profiles.
Policy Enforcement: Enforce the client's terms of use by identifying and addressing reports of abuse, ensuring content aligns with established guidelines.
Scoring Content: Evaluate content based on criteria such as age-appropriateness, violence levels, sexual content, and political transparency.
Training and Development: Participate in comprehensive training programs to stay updated on the client’s policies and moderation techniques.
Employee Assistance and Reporting: Engage in employee assistance programs and reporting initiatives to support personal and team well-being.
Escalation and Reporting: Escalate issues through the appropriate channels when changes impact performance or to maintain required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Security and Confidentiality: Adhere to security measures and confidentiality agreements in all aspects of your work

Please note this role requires fluent Dutch and fluent English and candidates must be willing to relocate to Greece.
