- Lead and manage restaurant operations to ensure smooth running of the outlet, including effective management of staffing levels, inventory, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Train, motivate, coach, and discipline employees, ensuring staff are delivering on the Grecotel brand values and standards of service excellence
- Implement effective procedures for food and beverage quality control, presentation, and service according to Grecotel’s standards
- Liaise with the Executive Chef and F&B Manager on menu planning, promotions, and special events
- Maintain knowledge of local competition and make recommendations to continually improve Grecotel’s offerings and remain competitive
- Manage guest feedback and resolve complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
- 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management position within a luxury hotel or resort
- Proven experience in managing and supervising teams, with the ability to motivate and build morale
- Strong understanding of budget management, financial reporting, and forecasting
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to uphold high service standards
- Deep understanding of food and beverage service procedures and quality control
