- Manage the daily operations to ensure all guests are receiving the utmost care and attention during their golf experience and making sure a world-5star-class level is achieved.
- Oversees the management and enforces the Golf Shop Retail & caddy master operations policies, procedures, controls, and fee structures to ensure the safekeeping of assets, managing inventory levels, markdowns, resources, and promotions.
- Cooperates with the Course Superintendent relating to maintenance issues that affect the playability of the golf course.
- Prepares annual and monthly budgets for golf operations; takes corrective actions as necessary to help assure that budget goals are attained.
- Displays leadership in guest hospitality, exemplifying excellent customer service and creating a positive atmosphere for guest relations.
- Conducts annual performance report according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Analyze and measure performance by comparing actions and results to the established SOPs and KPIs. Identify any areas of weakness, recommending and implementing improvements.
- Oversees tournament schedule and golf activities program that services all guests’ segments.
- Oversees and/or attends chairs staff meetings focused on guests, operations, revenue growth, cost containment and continuous improvement.
- Creates and executes short and long-term operational & financial plans, to improve quality and financial results.
- Train, define and assign tasks to associates from all golf departments. Advise on changes and how to implement them and provide training, tools, and techniques to enable others to excel.
- Collaborate with the following Departments within the company; Purchasing, Facilities Maintenance, Greenkeeping and Golf & Hotels Reservations, and maintain constant communication between departments and keep them all informed about special programs & events, to ensure an effective & fluid inter-departmental operation. Additionally, collaborate with Golf Tour Operators, Travel Agencies, Golf Professionals and Transportation companies.
- To be proactive & multi-tasking, able to work under pressure and handle difficult and/or stressful situations, good decision-making skills, problem solving skills, time management skills, customer service skills, selling & upselling skills.
- Ability to operate hotel systems (Opera, Golf Manager and Scan) & other software and computer skills (Excel-Word-Power Point-Outlook).
- Ability to maintain/adhere to company Brand Standards, Policies & SOPs.
- Communication Skills Spoken, Written and Email etiquette.
- Skills in recruiting, supervising, training, evaluating and motivating personnel.
- Knowledge of Golf Industry (Hospitality & Real Estate).
- Ability to deliver Memorable Service.

- A 360° experience of 2-3 years in a Golf Establishment
- Graduate Degree (MA/MSc)
- Golf Management Certificate – University Degree or Equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Advanced computer skills required for financial reporting and control of operations, including use of Microsoft Office
- Speak, write and converse freely in English. Greek will be considered an advantage.
- Candidates with an EU passport will have an advantage due to bureaucratic process.
