As a Digital Designer, you will be responsible to support our company’s design needs and translate online Marketing strategies into an effective and creative implementation. You are a perfect match, if you are keen to demonstrate your passion and creativity, and you are ready to provide innovative suggestions for high quality designs in a challenging and demanding environment! Your main responsibilities : Produce digital design work and contribute to the alignment of the brand communication strategy across all touch points Create high quality responsive mockups that complement and adhere to brand guidelines and design patterns Design campaigns assets (site, email, digital media, etc.) Create videos for social media usage Translate product positioning and Marketing strategies into effective designs Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support company’s designing needs Ensure consistency of brand and creatives across all customer touch points Produce wireframes and prototypes to demonstrate UI/UX improvements Make data-driven design decisions to optimize aesthetics and user experience Support corporate site’s design developments You fit , if you cover the following requirements : Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX design, Graphic/Visual design or related field Master’s Degree on relevant subject will be considered an asset At least 2 years experience in advertising agency or inhouse creative team Online portfolio of completed design projects is required Fluency in oral and written English Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro etc.) with strong video editing skills Strong knowledge of prototyping software (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) And you have competence in: Demonstrating/displaying passion for creating and delivering innovative ideas and experiences Demonstrating attention to detail Communicating effectively and in a structured manner Working collaboratively Actively seeking out new learning opportunities Prioritizing and time management If you pursue your career journey with Aegean, on top of a challenging job, we offer: A working environment where you feel valued and appreciated Excellent career and development opportunities within the organization Flight tickets Private health insurance scheme Other benefits will be offered according to the role If this looks like an interesting opportunity for you, send us your application now!
