Loguers Hotel Sales & Marketing is a leading hotel sales and marketing company specializing in driving revenue growth for hotels and resorts. We are currently seeking a Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our partners' properties and driving sales revenue.As a Sales Associate, you will assist in managing sales and developing strong relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality industry. You will create and deliver effective sales presentations, negotiate contracts and pricing, and provide outstanding customer service to our partners.The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry. Manage a portfolio of accounts
Market and competition analysis
Develop positive relationship with partners
Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner
Overlooking hotel sales and providing the necessary consultation
Yield and Revenue Management
In charge of utilizing in the best possible way OTA extranets in order to increase hotel sales.
Keeping the property's content informed and up to date
Being able to communicate excellently is substantial for this position and building partner relations
Responsibilities also include reporting and data analysis
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality industry
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to our partners
Negotiate contracts and pricing
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials and campaigns
Provide exceptional customer service to partners throughout the sales process

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field
Proven experience in sales in the hospitality industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
