Therefore, we want to attract and develop talented people with a global mindset, cultural understanding, and international experience, while striving to provide a working environment which amplifies diversity and inclusion.During this period, we seek to recruit a professional for the following position:Financial Planning & Analysis Supervisorfor our Finance Departmentbased in our headquarters in KifisiaAs a Financial Planning & Analysis Supervisor, reporting directly to the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will be, mainly, responsible for the consolidation of inputs in P&L forecasting & analysing OPEX performance as well as having the overall ownership of Balance Sheet / Cash Flow & CAPEX planning while acting as Finance Business Partner to Admin functions (Finance, HR & IT).What you will be doing:

Consolidating inputs to create the P&L of the company in all forecasts
Owning the whole process of forecasting and monitoring OPEX & CAPEX of the company
Forecasting & analysing all the elements affecting the BS/CF of the company
Key contribution and consolidation of the inputs in the Monthly Performance Review of the company to Region (CEEI)
Preparing a variety of reports and presentations for both internal & external use, including top management, with elements of his responsibility
Acting as a partner to all budget owners of the organization in the fields of CF/OPEX/CAPEX
Proactively identifying risks and opportunities in the fields of CF/OPEX/CAPEX
Participating in cross-functional processes & projects as they occur
Acting as Finance Business Partner to Admin function

What we are looking for

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
Master's degree in Finance/Accounting, or MBA will be considered an advantage
Approximately 4-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG or Beverage industry
Experience in ERP systems (SAP, HFM)
Full proficiency in MS Office, power user of MS Excel
Fluency in Greek and English, both written & oral
Strong analytical skills, attentio to detail and decision-making abilities
Excellent negotiation & presentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
