- Develops and implements revenue management strategies to optimize hotel performance across all segments.
- Leads the revenue management function, ensuring accurate forecasting, pricing, and inventory control.
- Analyzes business performance, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Manages distribution channels and online platforms, ensuring optimal visibility and profitability.
- Partners with Sales and Marketing teams to align commercial strategies and maximize demand.
- Oversees revenue reporting, dashboards, and KPIs, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Ensures all strategies support Swot Hospitality’s values, service culture, and long-term vision.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive revenue management experience, preferably in multi-property or cluster roles.
- Strong knowledge of revenue management systems (RMS), channel managers, and distribution platforms.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills with a commercial mindset.
- Proven leadership ability with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
