Provide detailed information about our services, facilities, and local attractions
Effectively resolve any issues or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
Keep accurate records of guest interactions and service transactions
Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service
Gather feedback from guests to facilitate ongoing service improvements
Engage in continuous training and development to enhance your skills
Requirements
Fluency in Danish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on guest satisfaction
Able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
