Dive into the fast-paced world of AdTech and programmatic advertising, where you will play a crucial role in building and optimizing our advertising technology solutions. Utilize Go to develop systems that handle high-volume transactions and data, with a path to mastery through on-the-job learning of one of the most sought out languages right now. You will produce a clean, maintainable, testable, dynamic and scalable code, and you will actively contribute to code reviews. In addition, you will manage the distribution and monitor the release, from development to post release, but perhaps more importantly you will bring a strong product-oriented mindset, leveraging technical decisions to solve customer problems. This also means pushing back pieces of work that do not move the needle for our customers or do not help the company's goals.If you're a creative problem solver who is eager to deliver solutions and hungry for a new adventure, then challenge yourself by joining our #techteam and make an impact!What you'll do:Work closely with SW Engineers and Tech Leads as part of an agile team, to build reliable systems and exceed stakeholders expectations.Deliver high quality software responsible for serving hundreds of thousands of requests per minute.Investigate new technologies and strategies to help our services scale to larger data sets and quicker speeds into the future.Highly participate in team's code reviews by giving valuable feedback and proposing optimisations (Github).Master Golang with the help of your very experienced peers.Mentor other team members.Practice modern software development methodologies and agile processes.Experiment with new frameworks and technologies and learn continuously.What you'll need:At least 5 years of working experience.Solid programming experience in Go is preferred, but a demonstrated willingness and ability to learn Go and experience in any of the following programming languages will also be considered: Rust, Python, Java, Ruby, C#, Kotlin, or Node.js.Knowledge of relational and non-relational database systems (e.g. MongoDB, Redis, Postgres).Excellent eye for detail and a self-motivated problem solver.Superior analytical skills and a strong sense of urgency and ownership in your work.A doer, with a “get-things-done” attitude.Keen to constantly learn and improve your own skills, and not afraid to jump into new things.University and/or Postgraduate Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent working experience.Strong communication and collaboration skills (English is a must).Nice to have:Experience with docker, kubernetes.Experience in building low-latency software.Familiarity with at least one major cloud services provider (ideally AWS).Involvement with open source projects.Experience working in an Agile team.What we offer:If you are happy, we are happy!
