With a focus on adding new value to all business areas by helping them make data-driven decisions and understand what is driving commercial performance – it’s our job to make sure the right tools, processes, governance, and ways of working are in place to support this.All the detailsWe are looking for a highly motivated and financially minded Accountant to:
- Assist the Accounting Manager and the Head of Finance in achieving accurate and timely accounting information, financial controls and financial process improvements
- Assist in achieving compliance of business transactions with local tax requirements
- Payroll Postings
- Accounts Payable – Vendors
Imports postings & custom broker invoices
Self-deliveries invoices
Expense reports
- Statutory - Audit Requirements
Contribute to the preparation of the Financial Statements
Support on My Data Requirements
- Statutory books – Audit Requirements
Contribute to the preparation of the Financial Statements.
Preparation of the TP list & file
Contribute to the year-end closing activities.
- Tax
Prepare monthly balance of payments report for Bank of Greece
Prepare monthly Intrastat report
Prepare monthly VIES report
Prepare quarterly list of agreements for filing to the tax authorities5. Reporting
Maintain the Daily Cash flow
Perform monthly Intercompany Reconciliations
Support in the Operating Plan and Forecasts of the Financial Controller and Head of Finance
Provide with ad hoc analysis to the Head of the Finance
Support the Head of Finance with the design, enhancement, implementation and documentation of the Key Financial Controls as per the Group requirementsWho you areYour skills and experience will include:
- University Degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in an accounting department of a multinational company
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Good Knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP
- Very Good Knowledge of MS Office with emphasis in Excel
- Experience in SAP is required
